Safe Haven

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at St. Anne Catholic School!

All employees and volunteers, including parent volunteers, who have regular contact with
students will attend the Safe Haven training (Protecting God’s Children) program. This
includes employees of agencies providing services to students. This is a workshop on
preventing child abuse. Safe Haven registration is available online or through the school’s
Safe Haven coordinator. The Galveston-Houston Archdiocese requires that
volunteers and employees take an updated Safe Haven training and undergo regular
background checks.
