APPLICATION

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year open on September 1, 2024. The deadline for applications is February 1, 2025, and December 1, 2024 for sibling applicants.  Applications may be considered after the deadline if there is an opening for the grade. If you are interested in applying to St. Anne Catholic School, submit the online application and a $150.00, per student, non-refundable, application fee.

Required Documents:

• Birth certificate
• Baptismal certificate, if Catholic
• First Communion certificate, if applicable
• Current report card & most recent standardized test results, if applicable
• Authorization to Release Information (1st-8th grade applicants)
• Teacher Recommendation Forms (required for 1st-8th grade applicants, recommended for Early Childhood applicants)
• Immunization records

Admission to St. Anne Catholic School is based on class capacity and the availability of resources, as well as the developmental, scholastic, and behavioral qualifications of the applicant. The School Principal has final authority over all admission decisions and may waive any admissions criterion at his/her discretion. Once all the above information has been received, your application will be prioritized according to the date it was received and by:

1. Siblings of current St. Anne students; 
2. St. Anne Catholic Church Registered Parishioners (at least six months prior to the opening of school registration);
3. Registered parishioners of other Archdiocesan parishes;
4. All others.

BEYOND THE APPLICATION:

After completing the online application, the Admissions Committee meets and reviews the students' application after the February 1st deadline. Early childhood applicants who meet admissions criteria are invited to participate in an Early Childhood Assessment Day in February. Applicants in grades 1st-8th, participate in an individually scheduled shadow day.
