It is important that prospective families see our campus in action and make sure it is a good fit for their child and family. Out of town applicants can submit their application but will need to take a tour before coming for an interview.
The Admissions Office will send an email to the applicant when the application file is complete. If you are not sure, simply call Admissions or email Danielle Aleman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are a parish school, therefore we do prioritize our parishioner applicants as well as our currently enrolled families with siblings who meet our academic and behavioral requirements.
Applicants who are not contacted for an interview will receive a letter. Enclosed with your letter will be important information covering how to keep your child’s file active.
Children who are applying to the Early Childhood program only need recommendation forms if they have attended a daycare or nursery school program. Their attendance at one of these programs is not required for our admissions decision.
Interviews are held with the Principal or Assistant Principal, the child and preferably, both parents/guardians. The interviews typically last 30 minutes.
As a courtesy to our families, the school is open at 7:00 a.m. to begin accepting students for the school day. The children are supervised by a staff member. The school offers an After School Program until 6:00 p.m.
St. Anne graduates choose to go to various schools. This year’s graduating class continued on to the Catholic High Schools of St. Thomas, Strake Jesuit, St. Pius X, St. Agnes, Incarnate Word and Duchesne. Some students chose to go to public or magnet schools, such as the High School for Performing and Visual Arts, Carnegie, and Lamar’s International Baccalaureate Program.
If you received a Wait List letter, you will need to complete the form from the link that is embedded in the letter you received. This will keep your file active for the year. If you were not accepted and wish to apply again, you must furnish new academic transcripts, test scores and teacher recommendations.
Yes, but only for the current school year. Unfortunately in many grades we have more applicants than we have space available. Students who meet all admissions criteria will be given the option to put their name on the waiting list for the remainder of the school year.
Tours are held on Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. during the regular school year. Please call to reserve a date or click here to schedule a tour online.
