Alison Turner

Kindergarten Teacher

Ms. Turner joined St. Anne in 2006.  She has been teaching for twenty years, with ten years of teaching experience in the public school system. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tampa. Ms. Turner was born in Houston but grew up in Florida. She is an active parishioner at St. Anne Catholic Church and serves the community as an extraordinary minister of the Eucharist.

Amy Champagne

2nd Grade

A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Ms. Champagne is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She joined our St. Anne faculty in 2006 as a PK3 teacher.  She has taught first grade for the past eight years.

Amy Schmidt

Technology Curriculum Suppor
+Bio

Ms. Schmidt joined the St. Anne faculty in 2001 and is responsible for technology curriculum support. In this capacity, she assists the faculty in integrating technology into their individual classrooms. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Arts, Ms. Schmidt also has 12 years of experience in corporate marketing communications. She is a St. Anne parishioner and serves the community as an extraordinary minister of the Eucharist.

Ann Soderman

6th, 7th and 8th Grade Social Studies

Ms. Soderman joined our faculty in 2005 and brings more than 30 years of teaching experience in Houston area Catholic schools. Ms. Soderman is a native Texan and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Houston Baptist University.

Anna Havens

4th grade ELA
+Bio

Mrs. Havens teaches 4th grade English/Language Arts.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in English from Texas A&M University.  She is a certified to teach in grades Early Childhood-6  and English/Language Arts in 7th-12th.  Mrs. Havens believes in creating a safe and nurturing environment where all students feel comfortable and are able to grow in wisdom and grace.

Ashley Whitworth-Stich

3rd Grade ELA Teacher

Mrs. Whitworth-Stich is a third grade English Language Arts Teacher.  She holds a Bachelor degree in Theater and Education from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Reading from the California State University in Los Angeles.  She also holds her Specialist Instruction Credential in Reading and a California Reading Certificate.

Anne Harwell

ELA Teacher 6th-8th grade

Anne Harwell is grateful for her Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Houston and her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from St. Mary’s College of California.  Mrs. Harwell’s students can look forward to finding their voices in her classroom, where she will encourage them to pursue their curiosities.  In addition to her love for writing and teaching the craft, her interests include sciences, Christianity and diverse mythologies.

Annette Delgado

Spanish Pk-3rd Grade

Ms. Delgado has 28 years of teaching experience. She joined the St. Anne faculty in 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and is a native Houstonian.

Ashley Hernandez

Teacher Aide
+Bio

Ashley joined the staff of St. Anne in the summer of 2016 as the Assistant to the Advancement and Admissions Office.  This is her first year in the PK4 classroom as a Teacher Aide.  Ashley is currently studying at San Jacinto Junior College where she is working on her Associate Degree in Education.  She hopes to receive her Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
